As the founder of NorthLine Surveying, Brian Gullikson brings over 20 years of experience in land and construction surveying, excelling in heavy civil, structural construction, tunneling, and digital modeling.

Jim has over 40 years of experience in large public works and private sector projects, specializing in boundaries, ROWs, mapping, and construction activities.

Brian Gullikson, the Founder and President of NorthLine Surveying, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in professional land and construction surveying. He is highly skilled in a variety of surveying methods and processes, including heavy civil and structural construction, tunneling, multi-level building projects, DNR and BLM surveys, topographic and boundary mapping, platting, digital scanning and modeling, and sUAS drone surveys. As the driving force behind NorthLine Surveying's culture, Brian oversees business operations, contracts, staff, and procedures, ensuring a "whatever it takes" approach to service. As the Designated Land Surveyor, Principal-in-Charge, and Senior Project Manager, he excels in managing and directing teams to complete projects successfully while fostering strong client relationships. Brian's diverse skill set spans field surveying, drafting, estimating, project management, risk management, and business development, making him a vital resource for all aspects of the business.
